Sound is a key to human connection and understanding. The principle of SOUND ENERGETICS is that our voices are a reflection and map of our own well being and energetic vibration. The process itself provides simple but profound tools to make real sustainable changes and bring about a natural state of empowerment and authenticity. It is suitable for individuals from all walks of life who are seeking changes in their lives and a new way of expressing themselves in the world. Through the container of structured singing and movement practices, which connect deep into the body and psyche, and unstructured practices which lead to the freely expressed authentic voice, people make their own journey of self discovery and personal enquiry. Hilary tailor-makes her work to accommodate the needs of the organisation and the individual needs of its clients. The work is presented as a series of half day, one day or two day workshops.
