Sound is a key to human connection and understanding. The principle of SOUND ENERGETICS is that our voices are a reflection and map of our own well being and energetic vibration. The process itself provides simple but profound tools to make real sustainable changes and bring about a natural state of empowerment and authenticity. It is suitable for individuals from all walks of life who are seeking changes in their lives and a new way of expressing themselves in the world. Hilary tailor-makes her work to accommodate the needs of the organisation and the individual needs of its clients. The work is presented as a series of half day, one day or two day workshops.
